Guidelines for Table clinic presentation

  1. Presenter should be registered member of the IPS and must have registered for the convention during submission of the abstract.
  2. A Student is allowed to participate in only one out of the following events: Scientific Paper, E-Poster and Table clinics.
  3. The presentations should adhere to the central theme of the convention- Concepts in Prosthodontics: Reinvent, Recreate, Rehabilitate.
  4. Table clinics should be as innovative as possible.
  5. The structured abstract should be submitted not exceeding 250 words.
  6. Name, last name and title, Institution, City and contact details of authors shall be stated clearly in the abstract.
  7. The abstract should not have been submitted or accepted at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
  8. All the authors & co-authors should be present at the time of presentation.
  9. One Table Clinic is allowed per college and 2 Table Clinics are allowed for college having more than 6 MDS seats per batch
  10. A maximum of 4 Students can be grouped for the table clinic.
  11. One table shall be provided for the display. Each team will be allotted space of 4ft x 2ft dimension to display and present their work. The power supply or additional support in any form cannot be provided.
  12. Presenters are given 4 mins to explain their displayed work and 2 mins of questioning by the judges.
  13. Last date for submission of abstract is 25th February 2019.

  15. Certificates will be provided to all the authors.
  16. All sessions best table clinics will need to be presented again on 7th April 2019 for the Best Table Clinic Award.
  17. The decision of the scientific committee is final and binding in all situations.
