Cancellation & Refund

21st Indian Prosthodontic Society PG Convention has a limited Cancellation & Refund policy. In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer fee will not be refunded. It is applicable to bank transfer payments only. The refund will be done within one month after the Convention to the same account from which transaction was made.
It is mandatory to email all the cancellations well prior to the deadline mentioned below to Dr. Vilas Patel, Organizing Secretary at 21ipspgcon@gmail.com Refunds in the case of procedural lapses would mean

  • Money erroneously paid
  • Eligibility criteria not being met
  • Required documents not submitted
Transmission of Payment Details

All private data including Payment Details and Credit Card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet Bank provider.

    Successful Registrations Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made on or before 15th September 2018 – 100% of registration fee will be refunded
  • Cancellations made between 16th September to 15th October 2018 – 75% of registration fee will be refunded
  • Cancellations made between 16th October to 15th November 2018 – 50% of registration fee will be refunded
  • Cancellations made between 16th October to 28th February 2019 – 25% of registration fee will be refunded
  • No refund for any cancellations after 1st March 2019
